The National Weather Service in San Diego has issued a Wind
Advisory...which is in effect from 3 PM this afternoon to noon
PST Sunday. A High Wind Warning remains in effect until 3 PM PST
this afternoon. 
* Timing: strongest winds through this morning. Winds will
  gradually decrease this afternoon through Sunday morning.
* Winds: areas of east to northeast winds 25 to 35 mph...with
  gusts to 60 mph through and below passes and canyons and near
  the coastal foothills through early afternoon. Gradually
  subsiding to 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 45 mph tonight through
  Sunday morning.
* Impacts: strong winds will make driving difficult...especially for
  motorists with high profile vehicles. Watch for downed trees and
  power lines.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A High Wind Warning means a hazardous high wind event is expected
or occurring. Sustained wind speeds of at least 40 mph or gusts of
58 mph or more can lead to property damage.
A Wind Advisory means that winds of 35 mph are expected. Winds
this strong can make driving difficult...especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

For Strong Gusty Winds And Low Humidities For Lower Elevations 
And For Coastal Slopes Of The Mountains Below 4000 Feet...

Warning Message:A red flag warning remains in effect until 6 PM PST this evening.
* Winds...northeast 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 60 mph.
* Relative humidity...lowest daytime around 5 percent with poor 
  overnight recovery.
* Timing...strongest winds through this morning...then gradually
  decreasing tonight through Sunday morning.
Precautionary/preparedness actions...
A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now...or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures will
create explosive fire growth potential.
